          Peter Givens - Cleanup, take down Tables and Chairs
          Dave Pitman - Chairs, Tables, Drinks, Ice, Water, Permit, Barricades
          Emmy Cirese & Michele Frith - Tablecloths, Decorations
 
12:00 p.m. ----- Barricades and Road Closed signs on site
 
1:00 p.m. ------- Rented Tables and Chairs on site
 
2:00 p.m. ------- Tablecloths, Plates, Flatware, Napkins on site
 
3:00 p.m. ------- Drinks, Ice, Water on site
 
4:00 p.m. ------- Close Street, set up Tables and Chairs.
 
5:00 p.m. ------- Cook arrives, start Grills, place Boom Box,
decorate Main Table w/ Plates, Flatware, Napkins, Buns, Condiments.
 
5:45 p.m. ------- Start cooking Hot Dogs
 
6:00 p.m. ------- Dinner Time
 
6:45 p.m. ------- Welcome and Introductions
 
7:00 p.m. ------- Monument Community Partnership Presentation
 
8:30 p.m. ------- Cleanup, take down Tables and Chairs
 
9:30 p.m. ------- Remove Barricades
