12:00 - 1 p.m.-----Tables into place, Tablecloths, Backdrop into Place.

4:00 p.m.------------------Decorate Tables.

5:00 p.m.------------------Cooks arrive, Start Grills. Place Boom Box,

Decorate Main Table w/ Plates, Flatware, Napkins, Buns, Condiments.

5:30 p.m.------------------Mike & Karen cook Hot Dogs & Hamburgers.

Start the Beans.

6:00 p.m.------------------Dinner Time; Aria & Katie are behind Main Table.

As people arrive, they put food on Main Table & go to Registration Table. Everyone Needs a Name Tag.

7:00? p.m.----------------Short Meeting.

7:15? p.m.----------------Cake & Ice Cream are served, Buffet Style.

7:30? p.m.----------------Sing-along.

8:00? p.m.----------------Prizes for Art Show participation, Prize Drawing.

9:00? p.m.----------------Happiness prevails. Begin Cleanup, All Attendees.
