Poetry Gardens, A New Development on Detroit Ave.
On August 16, the Concord Transcript published an article about the
property at 1250 Detroit Avenue, regarding 28 new townhomes
by Discovery Builders, which are in the planning stages.
We will be discussing and sharing Information at this meeting.

National Night Out 2007, The Saga, Recap
This is one of those times that we actually DIDN'T Roast in the heat!
We were surprised by a cool breeze, which was pleasant at first,
then turned quite cool. We still had a good time, and enjoyed the ambience
created by the Photo Opportunity Scenery, Boot Hill, even street signs.
We had country music, and great Pot Luck food. It was another success!
Thanks to the Board, Decorators, Young Helpers, Set Up, Cooks, Families,
Registrar and young Assistants. We couldn't have done it without YOU!
Dave Pitman, our Treasurer, has prepared an Itemized list of NNO costs, and
we welcome Your Comments and Suggestions for Next Year's Celebration.
