NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING NOTICE

PROPOSED PROJECT:  Poetry Gardens Town Homes - Preliminary Application for 28-30 Homes (See vicinity map below.)
PROJECT LOCATION:  East side of Detroit Avenue between Walters Way and Todd Avenue; Vacant lot north of Castillo Apartments; APN: 126-210-045.

Dear Neighbors and Tenants:

The City has received a preliminary application for the project stated above, and is inviting you to attend a neighborhood meeting to learn more about the project and solicit your feedback. A short introduction will be provided by City planning staff. The City planner assigned to the project will also be available to answer any questions about city regulations and the planning process. The applicant, Discovery Builders, Inc. will then present details of their proposal and will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding the design proposal.
