Welcome and Introductions

Our Budget
Our Secretary/Treasurer, Dave Pitman, will present the budget plan. We will also
discuss our Nonprofit Status, and Board Member signatures are needed.

CC&Rs
Contracts, Covenants and Restrictions. What are they, and how can they affect
our homes? Find out more at this month's meeting, this Tuesday evening.

Redevelopment Plan Amendment
The City of Concord is going to add the Monument Corridor to this plan.
A Community Meeting is to be held at Meadow Homes Elementary School on
Thursday, February 16, at 6:30 p.m. you're invited to come to this meeting.

Leadership Academy
Concord will sponsor a class this month for those who wish to become
better leaders In their community.

*The next Concord Park Neighborhood Association meeting
is scheduled for Tuesday, March 7, 2006.
